THANK you but head mod is like an admins b**ch. Excuse my language but I want to be an admin not their employee. I also want admin because I am way more capable then being head mod and it is killing me that I an annoying bee flying in the mods ears because they see admins way differently then head mod. Put it like this, merch is a restaurant and there is the owner, his co owner, the manager or admin, the register which is me, and the waiters which are mods. People look  up to managers because they are in control when the owners are gone. The register persons are the people that take orders from the managers. The waiters bring money to me but I am only a cash register to them. Not a manager. They see them different...
