Alright, I'll give a help:

@Hoster, start off with registering at easy free webhost without advertisement on website or offline times, 000webhost.com.

Create a page, youll get a random domain which ends up in having made a website yourname.random.com/net

Next download filezilla, upload your files in public html to make them online, delete default.php and youre start page will be index.html mostly.

It's free, search for template html codes to download.

Register on slicehost for cheap VPS.... lol you won't do that anyways Ill stop
